Welcome to Mystic Lore. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms

1. About Mystic Lore

Mystic Lore is a fashion brand blending mystical symbolism, ancient cultural influences, and modern streetwear design. Our offerings include both custom, made-to-order garments and ready-to-ship pieces released in limited capsule drops.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.

3. Types of Products

A. Custom & Made-to-Order Garments

• These are garments created after an order is placed.

• Each piece is handcrafted to meet the design and options you selected.

• All sales are final for made-to-order garments unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

• You’ll receive an estimated delivery window during checkout.

B. Ready-to-Ship Garments

• These are limited-quantity items already produced and available for immediate shipment.

• Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.

• Standard return policies may apply for these items (see Section 5).

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Payment is due in full at checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

A. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• No returns or exchanges.

• If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at auriumdesigns@gmail.com with photos and a description.

• If approved, we will offer a repair, exchange, or store credit.

B. Ready-to-Ship Items

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

6. Shipping

• Ready-to-ship orders are processed in 3–5 business days.

• Custom orders will have estimated production and shipping timeframes provided at checkout or via email.

• Mystic Lore is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect addresses.

• Once shipped, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

7. Sizing & Fit

Size guides are provided for each product. Custom items are crafted based on the size you select. We encourage you to review size charts carefully — Mystic Lore is not responsible for incorrect size selections.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, product names, and visual content are the exclusive property of Mystic Lore and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully. Abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior will result in account termination.

10. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mystic Lore is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from product use or your interaction with the website. Products are sold “as-is” with no warranty beyond what is described herein.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any legal disputes will be resolved within this jurisdiction.
