Shipping Policy

We ship with care and intention. Each order is treated with the same energy we pour into our designs — whether it’s handcrafted, made-to-order, or ready-to-ship.

1. Order Types & Processing Times

Made-to-Order / Handcrafted Garments

• Processing Time: Typically 1–3 weeks, depending on the item

• Each piece is created after you order, so timeframes may vary slightly based on volume and complexity

• We’ll notify you if any delays occur

Ready-to-Ship Items

• Processing Time: 3–5 business days

• These items are pre-made and ship faster

Printed / Manufactured Items (like tees or hats)

• Processing Time: 5–7 business days, depending on production partner

• Ships separately if not part of a custom garment order

2. Shipping Rates & Times

• All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States

• Domestic delivery times usually range from 2–7 business days after dispatch

3. Tracking Your Order

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped

• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update after the label is created

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once your order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages

• Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order

• If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with your local post office or neighbors first. If needed, reach out to us for support at auriumdesigns@gmail.com

5. International Shipping (Coming Soon)
