Return & Exchange Policy

At Mystic Lore, every piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and artistic integrity. Due to the made-to-order nature of most of our garments, we follow a strict but fair return policy to protect our craft and ensure quality service.

1. Made-to-Order Items

All made-to-order and custom garments are final sale.

This includes any item created after you place an order, whether it’s based on size, color, or design customizations. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once production has started.

2. Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Tags must still be attached (if applicable).

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, email us at auriumdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• If verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation and item availability.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

5. Custom Fit Responsibility

We encourage you to review size guides and contact us if you’re unsure. Mystic Lore is not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect size selection by the customer.
