1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

It depends on the item.

• Made-to-order and custom garments are final sale

• Ready-to-ship and manufactured merch may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

That depends on what you ordered:

• Ready-to-ship: Ships in 3–5 business days

• Made-to-order: Please allow 1–4 weeks for production

• Printed items (like tees or hats): Usually ship in 5–7 business days

  Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within the U.S.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet — but it’s coming soon. Sign up for our email list to stay updated when we open worldwide shipping.

4. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at auriumdesigns@gmail.com.

5. I ordered the wrong size — can I change it?

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to help. Email us ASAP at auriumdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the correct size.

We can’t guarantee changes once production starts, especially for made-to-order items.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We got you.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If verified, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.

7. What makes your brand unique?

Mystic Lore blends timeless cultural influences with streetwear silhouettes creating fashion with story, symbolism, and soul. Many pieces are hand-finished or made-to-order in small batches. You’re not just buying clothing, you’re wearing a vibe.

8. Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes. If you’re looking for something special like a personalized size, fabric swap, or custom piece reach out. We’ll let you know if we have space in our queue.

9. Do you restock sold-out items?

Usually not. Many of our drops are limited-edition or one-of-a-kind. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. If there’s high demand, we might bring a piece back — but with a new twist.
